Vintage Military Dog Tags Order Form

 

 Each dog tags id set consists of the following lightweight stainless steel components:
  • (2) stainless steel military dog tags customized with FREE stamping (up to 5 lines of 16 characters)
  • (1) 24" stainless steel dog tag necklace chain ( normally worn around the neck)
  • (1) 4" stainless steel beaded short chain (attached to backpack, briefcase, etc.)
  • (2) rubber silencers in your choice of dog tag silencer colors
 WW2, Korea, Vietnam dog tags
 

These military dog tags are stamped on a vintage dog tag machine and are HARDER TO READ than the modern embossed (raised text like a credit card) id dog tags, and are usually only produced to replace or create WW2, Korea, and Vietnam era vintage dog tags customized for you.
 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • 16 Characters per line and spaces count as a character.
  • Special characters allowed-   &   '   .    -    ,    #    *  : 
  • You can have different text and different colored silencers on the separate id dog tags.
